Chef Jeff Park brings much to Chef's Table.  His cooking style is a simple blend of fine ingredients and artistic beauty.  With the combination of sourcing both local and seasonal ingredients to help support the local economy, his menu mirrors the changing of the seasons.  Jeff is a "hands-on" Chef and you will experience his influence in every dish at the Inn. 

Chef’s Table is open Monday through Friday for breakfast and dinner, Saturday for brunch and dinner, and Sunday for Brunch only.  The restaurant is closed on public holidays.
