Our talented, award-winning kitchen team, under the direction of Chef de Cuisine Chris Barton, brings the pursuit of culinary perfection to Chef's Table.
A simple blend of fine ingredients and artistic beauty, our cuisine ingredients are sourced to help support local food producers. A ‘hands-on' chef, Chris Barton's creative influence is apparent in every dish at the Inn and every menu that changes with the season.
A culinary experience to remember, Chef's Table's patrons can enjoy the five-course tasting menus, a la carte menus, or the lighter faire Fireside Lounge and Patio menu. Wine selections specialize in smaller eclectic producers that pair up brilliantly with Chef selections.
Hours
Chef's Table Regular Hours:
- Monday through Friday, for breakfast (7:00am-10:00am) and dinner (5:30pm-9:30pm).
- Saturday for brunch (8:00am-1:00pm) and dinner (5:30pm-9:30pm).
- Sunday for brunch only (8:00am-1:00pm).
- Closed on selected public holidays.

Several parking options are available, including street parking in Kensington Village, or covered parking at Kensington Gate. Daily max $12, after 5pm $2. For in-house guests, secured underground parking is available at $15/night.
If your plans should change, please be so kind as to let us know in advance. For tables of 6 or more guests, a credit card will be required at time of booking, and a $20/person same day cancellation or no show charge will be applied.
